		<description>The statement "The dive master called roll and heard everyone answer at the end of the first dive, a visual verification was not done." says it all. ANY divemaster who does not do a visual verification isn't worth his "salt" and should be stripped of his Divemaster certification by Padi or Naui. 

I 50 and have been scuba diving since I was 14. Anytime I hear of a diver being left by the dive boat I make a note of the OPERATOR and NEVER NEVER NEVER go on a trip with them, I also encourage as many of my fellow divers as possible to boycott the OPERATOR as well.

This kind of situation is entirely avoidable by doing a visual count and roll call. By their own statement we know that was not done!!!!
