I got my RSS Feeds

Last week I did a little pissing and moaning about some of my favorite sites not having RSS feeds. I had asked if anybody knew of any tools that could help me scrape my own RSS feed but no responses on that question. So, I did what I normally do which is hack myself out something.
It’s mostly ripped off from Spidering Hacks but I did do a little tweaking. I’m making it available here but there is absolutely no support for it so please keep that in mind if you decide to play with it.
