Poker WPBT — 11 November 2005

Joaquin sent me an email recently suggesting that we design a banner that can be served up via JavaScript (for those of you who can’t host images) that would point to the info page for the Winter Classic in Las Vegas. Since my design skills rank just above being able to scribble, I thought I would throw the challenge out there to anybody who wants to run with it.

BTW, I will be distributing a info sheet just prior to the event that you can print out and bring with you to Vegas. It will include stuff like where and when the tournament will be, hotel phone number, maps, etc. When it’s ready I’ll send it out to everybody registered for the tournament and announce on this website that it’s available to those who ask.

  1. It seems like no one has done anything for this, so I made a crappy banner.. check out my site, mattahfahtu.com for the banner and the code to invoke the banner on your own site.

  2. I run a phpAdsNew server.. I’d be willing to host the ad for anyone who wants to use it. No need for javascript, just pure html.. (unless someone wants the JS..)
