One of the things that keeps me from posting as much as I would like to is coming up with something good to blog about. So I was thinking about that problem and I wondered if this might put a little energy back into my blogging; post a theme and invite others to write their own blog posts on the subject. I will, of course, write my own post but I thought it would be interesting to see different people attack the same theme.
Anyway, here is the first theme:
Expect nothing from a hand. Play each street based on the information at hand.
I’ll work on my post tonight. I invite anyone who wants to participate to take the theme above and do a blog post. You can even leave a note in the comments to let others know of your post.

Hi, my name is Bill Rini and this is my poker blog. I've been blogging about poker and the poker industry since around 2003-ish. Like most people I started out playing poker as entertainment in home games whenever we wanted to sit around and smoke cigars, drink beer, and eat pizza, and needed a good excuse. I started playing online shortly after the first online card rooms opened and it wasn't long before I was playing 20, 30, or even 40 hours a week or more. One day I received a phone call about a program manager position at Tiltware which was the company that consulted to Full Tilt Poker on software development and marketing. After Tiltware I spent about 2.5 years working at Party Poker where I was the poker room manager.

Great idea Bill! I will be putting up a post about this at my blog. Great topic as well, because this one area I have a hard time with.
I’m starting to feel that you have a little crush on Annie.
Nah. Just that she was the last person in the world I would have expected to see on the Colbert Report and she actually came off as pretty funny.
