I recently posted a list compiled by Let the People Play of poker player’s worst enemies in Congress. Let’s see how we did so far.

Enemies of poker are on the left with their opponents on the right.

George Allen Vs. James Webb – Coming down to the wire with the last reports having Democrat, Webb ahead 50/49 with 99% of precincts reporting.

Jim Talent Vs. Claire McCaskill – Jim Talent of Missouri concedes defeat

Conrad Burns Vs. Jon Tester – Too close to call. 50/48 in favor of Tester with 75% precincts reporting

Mike DeWine Vs. Sherrod Brown – Brown over DeWine 56/44.

Rick Santorum Vs. Bob Casey Jr. – Casey wins 59/41.

Lincoln Chaffee Vs. Sheldon Whitehouse – Whitehouse wins 53/47.

Of the six races, four have been decided in favor of poker players with two races still too close to call.

I would say that poker players made out just fine because of all the democrats that took office. They will probably soon legalize pot and poker :D
