Because when he’s dealt the deuce-six of diamonds and he says, instantly and without guile, “OK…I have a flush draw here…” I sensed the presence of genius. It’s not just the line that’s brilliant, it’s the delivery. I need to believe this is an inspired piece of comedy. I really do.
