		<description>Thanks for the tip about Senator Feinstein.  As a resident of California, I just wrote her a letter asking her to change her position on gambling where it concerns poker.  

I reminded her of the legally protected status of poker in California, as a game of skill, and asked her to let the local and state jurisdictions handle poker matters separately from those of true games of chance.

It's what citizens should do, right?</description>
