Rep. Barney Frank, the man who has been sponsoring legislation to overturn the UIGEA, has introduced a bill to remove federal penalties for having up to 100 grams of marijuana for personal use.
"The vast amount of human activity ought to be none of the government’s business," Frank said on Capitol Hill. "I don’t think it is the government’s business to tell you how to spend your leisure time."
I want to party with this guy.
