A busy, busy week here so let’s jump right into it:

Bill’s Poker Blog

Lot’s of great stuff this week. First we had the woman who thinks that even play money poker is rigged. Interestingly, the same Facebook play money site was featured in an article asking whether or not the aftermarket for play money chips actually makes these play money type sites an illegal form of wagering.

Next up, we had Gambling911 quoting their own staff as experts for a piece they did on Betfair’s supposed inability to capitalize on their sponsorship of the WSOPE.

Then we had a bit of a more personal post about how difficult it can be to write honestly and openly about the industry.

Greg Walker was kind enough to write another guest post on why “protecting” your hand can be a bad strategy. By the way, Bill’s Poker Blog does accept guest submissions. The one big caveat is that it needs to be good. A lot of people approach me and send me these very keyword stuffed articles that have little reader value and I always decline. You don’t have to be David Sklansky smart to write here but it should be entertaining to read. Heck, even a complete newbie talking about his experiences would get a green light if the intent was to entertain and/or be of some real value to readers. Just ping me if you’re interested.

And last but not least, we had head of PlayTech, Danny Frishman, voicing his solution to rakeback and my rebuttal to his arguments.
