I just installed a WordPress plugin called WPtouch will should make viewing Bill’s Poker Blog on your iPhone a much better experience. If that previous sentence made no sense to you . . . allow me to explain.
Bill’s Poker Blog uses WordPress to manage the website. This new plugin, WPtouch reformats Bill’s Poker Blog in an iPhone/iPod Touch friendly way that should make the site much more enjoyable and easy to use for iPhone/iPod Touch users.
A picture is worth a thousands words . . .
This is what the site normally looks like using the iPhone.
It’s not really readable as-is. You have to zoom in and then you have to get the sizing just right or you’ll need to scroll left and right to be able to read it.
But with WPtouch what you’ll see looks more like this.
All of the content is presented in a format that iPhone users can easily read without zooming in. If you want to read one of the stories you just click on the title and WPtouch reformats the story so you can easily read it on the iPhone too.
You can read and leave comments just like you can normally so you get 100% of the functionality but targeted towards the iPhone.
So, my fellow iPhone users, rejoice.

Hi, my name is Bill Rini and this is my poker blog. I've been blogging about poker and the poker industry since around 2003-ish. Like most people I started out playing poker as entertainment in home games whenever we wanted to sit around and smoke cigars, drink beer, and eat pizza, and needed a good excuse. I started playing online shortly after the first online card rooms opened and it wasn't long before I was playing 20, 30, or even 40 hours a week or more. One day I received a phone call about a program manager position at Tiltware which was the company that consulted to Full Tilt Poker on software development and marketing. After Tiltware I spent about 2.5 years working at Party Poker where I was the poker room manager.

Pretty cool plug-in. I’m using Joomla! and I have had so much going on that I haven’t given much thought to wireless users but something I will make sure to look into. I wonder how ad’s will appear. Good post!
I often view your blog via my iPhone, so this will be good for me. Also, thanks for the images that explained everything.
the site is also viewable in the WPTouch format on phones that run on the Android format. looks good – Dan
