WPBT
Back in the early days of blogging a ragtag group of poker bloggers got together in Las Vegas for a showdown. Some of the biggest names in blogging showed up and played poker until they crowned a champion. These poker bloggers adopted the name World Poker Blogger Tour WPBT and have been throwing a tournament or two a year in Vegas ever since.
WPBT events have included speakers such as Howard Lederer, Phil Gordon, Barry Greenstein, Tom McEvoy, and many others. We've even had the likes of Marcel Luske, Evelyn Ng, Joe Sebok, and Max Pescatori pop in just to say hi. Hell, Max even stuck around and went deep in the very first WPBT tournament.
You're truly was the very first person out at that inaugural WPBT event but came back strong the very next one and took home 1st place!

- WPBT Tournament Structure
Below is the tournament structure I requested from the Imperial Palace. I tried to follow the Texas TEARS structure (similar to the one used in WSoP events) as closely as possible but some changes were necessary in order to keep the tournament to a somewhat sane ending time. The IP agreed but they [...]

Well, it’s like they say, the WPBT is what you make of it. If you feel there’s something missing, you’re always free to step right up and take the initiative. Brian did just that and at the request of Joaquin, has developed a banner for the Winter Classic. Check out his website [...]
