There is something I’ve forgotten to do. Full Tilt has done a table redesign that I think deserves some kudos. The racetrack view was something that has been under construction for quite a bit of time and now seeing it come alive I have to say that it’s an excellent job. MM and the rest of the crew should be proud. My only excuse is that I’ve only played real money on it a few times.
I really love the racetrack view. Especially with avatars. Very clever way to solve the space problem.

Hi, my name is Bill Rini and this is my poker blog. I've been blogging about poker and the poker industry since around 2003-ish. Like most people I started out playing poker as entertainment in home games whenever we wanted to sit around and smoke cigars, drink beer, and eat pizza, and needed a good excuse. I started playing online shortly after the first online card rooms opened and it wasn't long before I was playing 20, 30, or even 40 hours a week or more. One day I received a phone call about a program manager position at Tiltware which was the company that consulted to Full Tilt Poker on software development and marketing. After Tiltware I spent about 2.5 years working at Party Poker where I was the poker room manager.

I mostly agree, except for my pref is sitting on the end and you can’t see bet amounts for the players above you. I posted screen caps to illustrate.

I also like the new racetrack look. Always thought it odd to read all of those references to how FTP consulted w/the pros when designing, then discovering the pros wanted tropical backgrounds and animated cartoon figures . . . (?). The new look does appear a bit more “professional” (whatever that means).
Love the blog, by the way — have been enjoying it for some time. Best to you in ’07.
